El Brujo is one of the most comprehensive circuits in the city of Cusco. To start our day, we will pick you up from your hotel at 8:30 in the morning, then drive south of Cusco. At a certain point, we will take a detour onto a road located among farming and livestock areas, where you will see a small valley with houses made of mud.
After 1 hour by car, we will reach the Ocoruro pass, where our biking adventure begins. Once ready with protective gear and the bike prepared, we will ride along a ridge bordering the mountain among stone obstacles and handcrafted stairs. In this circuit, you will find vertical drops and good curves that will make our descent more exciting.
Along the way, we will come across a rock that resembles the face of a witch, hence the name of the circuit. After approximately 2 hours on the bike, we will reach the end of the circuit, where our vehicle will be waiting to take us to the next trail.
Yunkaypata is a trail made by local riders and is very popular, especially on weekends. For this second trail, we will drive towards the Corao pass for 45 minutes, the starting point for our bike descent.
After getting ready, we will ride through the first stage of stairs with a considerable incline, reach the village of Yunkaypata, and pedal until we reach the tree section (a vertical drop with roots and loose terrain). In this circuit, we will find vertical drops and some medium-sized ramps that you can either take or avoid, as well as bermed curves ready to be used.
We will finish in the southern part of Cusco, and our vehicle will take you to your hotel, concluding our enduro adventure.
