Cusco is a city with a lot of history to discover, in this adventure we will cycle through four of the most important archaeological sites around Cusco.
Our transportation will pick you up from your hotel in the morning, we will drive to the archaeological center of Saqsayhuaman. This ancient city is said to have been a ceremonial temple built with colossal stones carved perfectly to fit together each other.
We will then mount our bikes and ride for 45 minutes until we reach the next park, Tambomachay. This site was a resting place where they worshiped the water, its canels and design in its walls, reflect an elaborate work of precision and engineering.
Then we will visit Pucapucara site that would have been a place of military surveillance for those visiting Tambomachay or passing through on their way to other nearby destinations. After visiting Pucapucara, we will cycle through a trail to the village of Yunkaypata, we will continue descending through eucalyptus forests and agricultural areas.
Finally, we will arrive to Inkiltambo, a religious archaeological center dedicated to agriculture at the time of the Inca Pachacuteq, after visiting and touring its infrastructure, we will relax the body and our guide will offer you your box lunch, finally we will return to Cusco City culminating our services.
